Renavari Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Renavari, a mobile application and website operated by Renavari ("we," "us," "the app"). By installing, opening, or using Renavari, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Renavari is — and isn't

Renavari is a personal journaling and education tool for tracking biomarkers, lab results, and peptide protocols. Renavari is not:

• A medical device.
• A diagnostic tool.
• A substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• A licensed healthcare provider, pharmacy, or laboratory.
• An endorsement of any peptide, supplement, dosing protocol, or vendor.

You agree to use Renavari only as a tool to organize information you collect from licensed medical professionals and your own self-experiments. Decisions about your health belong to you and your doctor — not this app.

2. Medical disclaimer (read this)

Renavari content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or adjusting any peptide, supplement, medication, or therapy.

Peptides discussed in Renavari may not be approved by the FDA for the uses tracked here, may require a prescription, and may have unknown long-term safety profiles. Renavari does not recommend, prescribe, dispense, or sell peptides. The app describes compounds as a journaling reference for users who have already, on the advice of a qualified provider, chosen to use them.

Lab reference ranges shown in Renavari (including "optimal" ranges where applicable) are educational reference points drawn from publicly available functional medicine literature. They are not clinical lab reference ranges and are not intended for diagnostic interpretation. Always use your lab's clinical reference range when discussing results with your provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Renavari. Renavari is rated 17+ on the App Store and is not intended for minors. By using the app you represent that you are 18 or older and capable of forming a binding contract.

4. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Renavari — your lab values, peptide logs, protocols, notes, and everything else. Renavari does not claim any ownership, license, or rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled (short answer: it stays on your device).

5. Renavari Plus subscription

Renavari offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Renavari Plus, sold through the Apple App Store.

Pricing:

• Renavari Plus Monthly — $9.99 USD/month
• Renavari Plus Annual — $79.00 USD/year

Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The subscription auto-converts to paid at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Billing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Refunds: All refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's standard refund policy. We are unable to issue refunds directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Plan changes: Apple handles upgrades and downgrades between Renavari Plus Monthly and Annual through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Cancellation: Canceling does not end the current paid period — you retain Plus features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then revert to the free tier.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Renavari beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use Renavari to make medical decisions for another person without their informed consent.
• Use Renavari for any commercial purpose involving the resale, white-labeling, or republication of the app's content.
• Misrepresent Renavari output as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any future Renavari server systems (currently none exist).

7. Intellectual property

Renavari, the Renavari name, logo, and all original content (including peptide summaries, biomarker descriptions, app UI, and design) are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. That license ends if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Renavari is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of biomarker reference data, completeness of peptide research summaries, or uninterrupted operation. Your use of Renavari is at your own risk.

We do not warrant that:

• The app is error-free or that any errors will be corrected.
• The information in Renavari (including biomarker ranges, peptide summaries, and dose calculators) is accurate, complete, or up-to-date for your specific situation.
• The app will be available, function on your device, or be compatible with future iOS versions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renavari and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, lost data, lost profits, or any health outcome — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Renavari.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Renavari is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renavari and its operators from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the app.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any decision you or a third party makes based on information displayed in Renavari.

11. Changes to the app or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Renavari or any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms; if changes are material we will display an in-app notice and require your acknowledgment to continue using the app. Continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Renavari at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections 2 (medical disclaimer), 7 (IP), 8 (warranty disclaimer), 9 (liability limitation), 10 (indemnification), and 13 (governing law) survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction there.

14. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Renavari, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Renavari or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms, the Apple Media Services Terms control. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
